Your data. Your call.
This policy explains the data used by TheGamerAadi’s independent gaming hub and the choices available to you.
What this site stores
The owner’s saved profile contains a site-specific account identifier, clip details, social links, and Xbox statistics chosen for this public showcase. Visitors do not need to sign in to browse. Only the owner can edit content or run a sync. Records include the time they were updated. The hosting platform forwards account identity information for authentication; the hub does not save your email address in its own database.
The original Xbox screenshot statistics and selected public YouTube clips are part of the starting site content. Xbox values show the latest available snapshot or sync.
Why this information is used
Saved data makes your hub available across sessions and devices, associates changes with your signed-in account, and displays the creator’s games, clips, and socials. The hub has no advertising or site-owned analytics scripts.
Your Xbox connection
When you sync Xbox, your OpenXBL API key is sent from your browser to the site’s server, which sends authorized requests to OpenXBL. The key entered in the form is used for that sync only and is not saved in the hub database or browser storage. A server-configured key, if added by the owner, is a separate hosting secret.
The hub saves only the returned game titles, reported playtime, achievement totals, Gamerscore, last-played dates, available game-specific statistics, and sync status. It does not request your Xbox messages, friend lists, or private conversations. OpenXBL and Microsoft handle data under their own policies. Never paste your Microsoft password into this site.
Clips and third-party links
The featured clip covers are served by this site. Other clips may use thumbnails from YouTube’s image service, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Selecting a clip opens its player immediately. YouTube clips use its privacy-enhanced embed domain; loading and playing a clip shares connection and usage information with YouTube.
Playable captures open in a player on this site. Opening a clip with a OneDrive player connects to Microsoft; locally hosted videos use the site’s own player. Captures without a playable source stay unpublished. Following links to Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitch, PlayStation, Steam, Xbox, or OneDrive opens that service. Those services may use cookies, collect information, and apply their own policies. The hub does not control their practices.
Storage and access
The hub is hosted through Sites and uses its database infrastructure for saved records. Hosting and authentication providers process requests and may retain technical logs and cookies under their own policies. This is a public site. Published games, clips, public platform handles, social links, and statistics can be viewed by anyone. Editing, source-folder settings, and sync diagnostics require the owner’s signed-in account and are checked by the server. The creator’s chosen contact email is available through Contact Me. The hub does not expose sign-in email addresses, private account identifiers, or API keys.
Delete your saved data
The owner can open Manage TGA, choose Social links, then “Delete saved hub data”. After confirmation, the site removes the owner’s added clips, social links, and synced Xbox records from its active database. The original site content remains. Platform backups and technical records may be retained separately under provider policies.
