Linking to the site and using the platforms’ normal sharing tools is welcome. Contact the creator before republishing original content or using the TGA identity in commercial material.
Gaming clips can include game visuals, characters, music, or other material owned by third parties. Recording or editing a clip does not transfer those underlying rights to TGA.
Embedded videos and artwork
YouTube videos are embedded from their original platform. Playable Xbox captures appear in the site’s video player. Captures without a playable source are not published. Video availability and embedding permissions are controlled by the uploader and YouTube. Game covers and title artwork use publisher storefronts, game screenshots, and game-specific illustrations. Thumbnails and official game images remain the property of their rights holders. Their display identifies and links to the relevant video or game.
No claim is made that all third-party content is owned by TGA, or that a particular use is automatically permitted. Any reuse must respect the relevant creator’s permissions and the game or platform’s terms.

For a video hosted on YouTube, use YouTube’s copyright reporting process as well; the video itself is controlled there. A site-level review can remove a link or embed from TGA, while removal from the source platform is a separate process.
